If you have wondered what some of these little bits of code are doing on this page then it’s simply the case that I haven’t yet worked out how to get rid of them. Nothing in life is perfect, as I often have to tell my child and adolescent clients.
What if you can’t get to one of these locations?
I do also see adult clients in Wallingford and Thame. It’s possible that I could see your child in one of these locations if they are 11 years of age or older. I don’t list these locations on this website because for various reasons they’re not equipped with the full range of materials and toys/games I utilise. They also lack the space for their use. However, these locations are OK for use with older clients where availability allows.
If you’re still further away and have a child of 11 years or older then there’s also the option of working online, using Vsee or Zoom as televisual media.
If either of these options seem appropriate then get in touch and we’ll discuss how they might work.
Please note that US State laws frequently prohibit foreign therapists from working with their citizens, when those citizens reside within US territory. My insurers therefore refuse to cover work with such people. So, if you’re a US citizen living in the US then I’m afraid that I’ll be unable to help. Non-US citizens living in the US or US citizens living overseas are free to work with me, however.
Working with overseas clients via televisual media is only suitable for adolescents.
Your confidentiality is a major concern
The venues in which I practise know nothing of you at all. I will never give them your details. I will never discuss your concerns with any other member of staff. Your confidentiality is important to me and I will never do anything to compromise your right to anonymity.
